Hope that everyone is having a wonderful thanksgiving. I wish you joy and happiness as you feast with friends and family. This is a great day for me. I have my whole family at my home and my Aunt Sarah from Alabama - first time she has been here in Sin City
. It is about 10 a.m. and the whole feast is done. There are a lot of things to be thankful for. Take care of your self and don’t eat too much on Turkey Day!!!!

This past weekend I had a wonderful time with the family. Instead of going to ‘trick or treat’ we went to ‘trick or eat’. You ask what is that? During the weekend, many places around town had freebies, coupons and even discounted food that you could take advantage of with your family. We went to a couple of places and filled our stomachs till we couldn’t eat no more!!! Here was the FREE itinerary that took place on Saturday night:
Taco Bell: Free Black tacos till Midnight (We went to at least three of those)
Chuck E. Cheese: games and receive 20 free tokens (no one was there I guess they were all trick or treating)
Jersey Mikes: kids get a free cookie if they are wearing their costume (that was easy)
Yogels Yogurt : 40% off individual yogurt (I took advantage of this and only paid $1.29 for pumpkin yogurt..yummy)
Sonic: .50 cent corn dogs from 5-10 p.m. ( only paid $5.00 for 10 corn dogs)
Wow. What a night. I have never eaten that much stuff before. Just to let you know I did have a stomach ache because I normally don’t eat that way but the kids thought it was great. What was funny my husband asked “are they going to have any specials during Thanksgiving?” Well, we will see about that and if so, we will definitely take advantage of it. What did you do for the Halloween weekend? Would love to know how you spent it. Place your comments below.
